My Art

Hi everyone and thanks for taking the time to check out my art! I never really painted or sketched besides elementary school until I got back from a combat deployment to Afghanistan.  I had just starting dating someone at the time who painted and I couldn’t ever stop looking the abstract paintings on the wall whenever I would come over, except of course to make our own “performance art” pieces lol! The way everything was chaotic with color but there was still some sort of theme or direction? I don’t know I just loved the way it made my brain feel =).

I didn’t take long before I was staining up the carpet of my two bedroom apartment in Carlsbad California lol(Sorry Jordan lol)!  I had (and really still don’t) have any clue what I was doing lol,  just slinging paint at the canvas on the floor like I was some stoney Jackson Pollock.

I feel like my painting has come a long way in the short year I have been doing it and I can really start to see a style developing so keep checking “my art” for new pieces!

Oh and if I’ve done a painting for you don’t be a stranger, I would love to see pictures of where you put it or what you think about when your staring at it.
